The CasaLux Website is operated by CasaLux, a corporation registered in New Jersey. Through this Website, we offer a variety of custom European products. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Website.

CasaLux is based in New Jersey. Our primary business address is 54 N 3rd St. Philadelphia. By using this Website, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Products and Services

CasaLux offers custom European products through the Website. Please be aware that some products may be discontinued at any time, even if they are still listed on the Website. CasaLux is not responsible for any discontinued products or for any resulting inconvenience.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates, and while we strive to adhere to our standard delivery times, additional delays may occur due to shipping issues beyond our control. These additional delays are not typical; however, they can happen, and we cannot be held liable for any delays resulting from such shipping issues or disruptions in the shipping industry. Projects should not be delayed on account of any shipping delays.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

5. Ordering and Payment

When placing an order with CasaLux, please be aware that approximately 90% of our

products are not kept in stock and are manufactured upon request. To initiate an order, a deposit of 50% of the total order amount is required at the time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy:

• You have 24 hours from the time of placing your order to cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit (100%) if the product is not already in stock.

• If the product is in stock, a 20% restocking fee will apply to any cancellations made within this 24-hour window.

• After the initial 24-hour period, orders are considered non-cancellable, and you will be liable for the full amount of the order. Cancellations after this time must be approved by management and may not be granted.

 

Payment methods accepted will be specified on our Website. All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Our prices are FOB (Free On Board) from our New Jersey warehouse. All additional shipping to the customer will be handled by Cabinet Movers and billed at a rate of $150 per hour to the client.

For deliveries outside the tri-state area, we will utilize LTL (Less Than Truckload) shippers, and quotes will be provided on a per-project basis.

 

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, items are non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival or there is an error in your order. Please review our Returns Policy for additional details.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that CasaLux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the products or services provided, including but not limited to delays, lost profits, expenses, rents, insurance premium payments, and attorneys' fees. Under no circumstances shall CasaLux be liable for any actions or inactions resulting in any damages beyond the actual cost of the products supplied.
