  • Detailed Shop Drawings:

    • CasaLux creates shop drawings based strictly on the provided design drawings. These shop drawings are intended to translate the client's vision into actionable plans for production.

  • Approval Process:

    • Clients review and approve the shop drawings, ensuring all details accurately represent their design intention. Prompt feedback is essential for any necessary adjustments.

    • Upon approval, a 50% deposit is required to initiate the manufacturing process.

  • Manufacturing and Quality Assurance:

    • CasaLux proceeds with producing the furniture as per the approved shop drawings, maintaining high quality and craftsmanship standards.

  • Customer Responsibility:

    • This option provides the lowest pricing because CasaLux is not responsible for any design mistakes, mismeasurements, or issues arising from the inability to work with existing appliances.

    • Clients are fully responsible for the accuracy of their measurements and the feasibility of their designs. CasaLux's liability is limited to delivering goods precisely as stipulated in the approved shop drawings derived from the client's provided design.

  • Cost-Effective Pricing and Delivery:

    • Pricing is set as FBO New York Port, meaning additional transport responsibilities rest with the client for shipments beyond that point.

    • Curbside delivery is provided in accordance with the contract terms. Clients can opt for additional services such as measuring, consulting, and installation, which will incur extra charges.

Collaborative Design and Consultation

  • On-Site Consultation and Measurement:

    • CasaLux arranges for job site visits to accurately measure spaces and engage customers in brainstorming sessions to align designs with their vision.

  • Interactive Design Development:

    • Through back-and-forth engagement, CasaLux assists in refining the design. This collaboration helps in ensuring that all aspects meet the customer’s satisfaction and functional requirements.

  • Installer Guidance and Support:

    • CasaLux provides expert support to installers, facilitating seamless installation and ensuring adherence to the proposed design and specifications.

  • Project Administration and Flexible Consultation:

    • A 5% administrative fee is included, covering the additional time spent managing the project.

    • Clients have a set amount of included consultation hours, with further time billed at a discounted rate.

Comprehensive Design and Installation
(Full-Service Solution)

  • Full Scope Design Proposal:

    • CasaLux conducts detailed on-site measurements and presents three distinct design alternatives.

    • Clients review alternatives accompanied by 3D renderings and detailed presentations to make informed decisions.

  • Finalization and Approval:

    • After selecting a design, comprehensive shop drawings are prepared for the client’s approval.

    • A 50% deposit is required to proceed with production.

  • Manufacturing and Installation:

    • CasaLux handles furniture production with strict quality controls, ensuring that each piece meets design specifications.

    • Professional installation is included, ensuring correct placement and assembly within the client’s space.

  • Payment Structure and Post-Installation Support:

    • Payment terms comprise a 50% deposit, 30% upon delivery, and the remaining balance once installation is complete.

    • A 10% holdback for addressing any punch list issues post-installation (customer satisfaction assurance step).

  • Comprehensive Client Interaction:

    • Designed for clients preferring a seamless, fully managed experience. Clients are set up with a chat channel for direct communication with the CasaLux team to address any ongoing questions or updates.​​
